We are, ORALSAN CUTTING TOOLS COMPANY, one of the well-known precision tool
manufacturer in Turkey. We have been in cutting tool business for 51 years since 1974 and we have
both production and sales of HSS Drills, End-mills, Taps, Reamers and some other special tool
applications. Our factory is located in Kırşehir which is nearby to capital city Ankara and we have also
a head office in Perşembepazarı-İstanbul which is the center of cutting tool business trade in Turkey.
Oralsan is a member of Mermerler Group which is mostly known in Automotive business and
also in Shopping Mall, Tourism, Finance and Construction businesses. Mermerler Group is now
exclusive distributor of Chery Automotive of China and also distributor of Mazda Motor in Turkey
between 1985 and 2007.
As Oralsan A.Ş., we are manufacturing cutting tools through our advanced grinding
technology under our fully integrated hardening facility and fully equipped quality control laboratory.
The products we are manufacturing by using HSS (High Speed Steel), HSS-E (CO-alloy high
speed steel) as well as tungsten carbide raw materials are compatible with Turkish Standards
Institute, German DIN Norm, as well as American and British Standards. Our company,
manufacturing besides such Standard cutting tools like taps, milling cutters, reamers, turning and
cutting bars drills, custom-made special cutting tools as well for specific purposes, is in possession of
ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certificate.
In the Turkish market, automotive, white goods, machinery fabrication, metal works and
defence sectors are the major areas where our products are utilized. Also amongst the production
types of specialization by our company are die and mould making used by all tyre plants
manufacturing in Turkey (Goodyear, Brisa, Petlas, and such similar) and the mould makers, triple arm
place boring drill bits used on Aluminium and PVC joinery machines, as well as bone drills and guides
required by the medical sectors manufacturing devices for the health sector.
Our Company is for many years ongoing with its exports to Germany and other countries in
Europe and The Middle East.
Our Company merging its young and dynamic staff under its many years of experience is
following very closely the novelties in the machine tools sector, adopting as a priority of its
operations the principle of maximizing customer satisfaction with shortest possible lead times,
